Posted Date: 10/12/26 (03:39 PM)

Good Afternoon, Ivy Drive School Community:
As we continue through October, our students and staff are enjoying another wonderful season of learning, growing, and celebrating together at Ivy Drive School! Our classrooms are filled with meaningful learning experiences, and we are grateful for the continued partnership of our families in making Ivy Drive a welcoming, supportive, and engaging school community.

2026 Fall Guardian Climate Survey – We Want Your Feedback!

Your voice matters at Ivy Drive School! Bristol Public Schools is inviting all families to participate in the 2026 Fall Guardian Climate Survey.  Your feedback plays an important role in helping us celebrate our strengths, identify opportunities for growth, and develop our School Climate Plan. Our goal is to ensure that Ivy Drive continues to be a safe, welcoming, inclusive, and supportive learning environment where every student feels a sense of belonging and can thrive.

We encourage all families to take a few minutes to complete the survey. If you have children attending different schools within the district, please complete a separate survey for each school.

Thank you for sharing your voice and helping us make Ivy Drive the very best it can be!

Spotlight on Our Instructional Support Team – Helping Every Dragon Grow!

At Ivy Drive School, we are fortunate to have two dedicated Instructional Support Teachers (ISTs), Mrs. Jennifer Gaudet and Mrs. Marisa O'Dea, who work collaboratively with our students and teachers throughout the school year.

Our Instructional Support Team plays an important role in strengthening teaching and learning across all grade levels, kindergarten through fifth grade. Mrs. Gaudet and Mrs. O'Dea provide targeted instructional support in literacy and mathematics, working alongside classroom teachers to meet students' individual learning needs, reinforce foundational skills, and support continued academic growth.

Through small-group instruction, collaboration with grade-level teams, and ongoing review of student learning data, our ISTs help ensure that students receive the instruction and support they need to build confidence, strengthen their skills, and experience success. Their work also supports our school's commitment to high-quality instruction and continuous improvement for all learners.

We are grateful for the dedication, expertise, and collaborative spirit that Mrs. Gaudet and Mrs. O'Dea bring to our Ivy Drive community each day. Their work is another example of how we are better together!

Thank You, Ivy Drive Families!

As we look ahead to another exciting week, we want to thank our families for your ongoing support, encouragement, and partnership. Whether you are helping your child arrive at school on time and ready to learn, encouraging reading and learning at home, or sharing your feedback through our Family Climate Survey, you make a difference in the success of our school community.
Together, we will continue to build a school where every Dragon feels valued, supported, and inspired to achieve!
We Just Can't Hide Our Ivy P.R.I.D.E.!

Looking forward to another amazing week at Ivy Drive!
