Dear Ivy Drive Families: 
What an amazing first day of school we had at Ivy Drive! The excitement and energy from our students and families made for a truly special start to the year.

Our students transitioned smoothly into their classrooms, reconnected with friends, and embraced the day with enthusiasm. Many families shared positive feedback about how great their child’s first day was—which is a testament to the hard work, dedication, and care of our staff.

As we begin this new school year together, please know that our priority is to provide your child with the best possible learning experience in a safe, supportive, and welcoming environment.  If you have any feedback or suggestions to help us continue improving arrival, dismissal, or any other part of the school day, I encourage you to share them with me.

⭐ Friendly Reminder about Arrival & Dismissal:

• Morning arrival begins at 8:45 a.m. Walkers and bus riders enter through the main entrance. Student drop-off is along the front sidewalk—students should exit vehicles independently and enter through the main doors while adults remain in their vehicles.
• If you wish to walk your child to school in the morning, please park on Ivy Drive and use the sidewalk. Only students may enter the school during arrival.
• At dismissal, all adults picking up students must be on the approved list and present a photo ID.
  • Kindergarten: side kindergarten doors
  • Grades 1–2: rear exit
  • Grades 3–5: main entrance doors
