Good Morning, Ivy Drive School Community: 

What a fantastic start to the new school year! The energy and excitement have been palpable from day one, and it’s been heartwarming to see so many smiling faces as we welcomed students back to school. The first few weeks have been filled with positivity, learning, and a strong sense of community.

Each week, I will be sharing the Ivy Drive Weekly News to keep you updated on the latest and greatest happenings at our school—including upcoming events, classroom activities, teaching and learning highlights, and special celebrations.

In the spirit of continuing our positive momentum, we are excited to celebrate our Ivy Drive P.R.I.D.E. core values: Perseverance, Responsibility, Integrity, Diversity, and Enthusiasm. Starting this week, each K-5 classroom will recognize a Student of the Week—a student who exemplifies these core values in everything they do at school! 

To show our school spirit, every Friday will be School Spirit Day! We encourage all students and staff to wear green and white or their favorite Ivy Drive gear. If you’d like to order new spirit wear, you can do so online through our PTA Spirit Wear Online Store: IVY DRIVE SCHOOL SPIRIT WEAR LINK.

Thank you to all of our families for your continued support, open communication, and partnership. I am beyond thrilled for all the amazing things to come this school year and am so proud of the strong community we are building together.
