Good Evening, Ivy Drive School Community:
We had an amazing week of teaching, learning, and community building here at Ivy Drive School! Students participated in fun and engaging fall and pumpkin-themed adventures, rotating through stations that included minute-to-win-it games, races, and challenges. It was wonderful to see our students collaborating, cheering each other on, and demonstrating teamwork and school spirit throughout the event!

Looking ahead, please note there is no school for students on Tuesday, November 4th in observance of Election Day. Staff will be participating in professional learning sessions.

Here are a few important dates to note for November:

1. Thursday, November 6th – Ivy Drive PTA Meeting at 6:30 p.m. in the cafeteria. All are welcome to attend in person or virtually!
2. Thursday, November 13th – Ivy Drive Friendship Feast – more information will be shared soon for families and PTA volunteers.
3. Thursday, November 20th – Vision Screenings for students in grades K, 1, 3, 4, and 5.
4. Monday, November 24th – School Picture Retake Day.

We are looking forward to all the exciting events in November!  Wishing all of our Ivy Drive families a safe and happy Halloween filled with fun and celebration!
